The Language Fund supports the work of the Standing Committee on Language Education and Research (SCOLAR) in promoting biliteracy (Chinese and English) and trilingualism (Cantonese, Putonghua and spoken English) in Hong Kong. Its Sponsorship Projects engage community partners to organise language-related, event- or competition-based projects in the community, alongside Research and Development Projects. Calls for applications are announced on SCOLAR's website.
