Founded in 2019, the Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation is a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting Hong Kong youth. It runs open-application funding programmes for nonprofits, including the Mainland Exchange Programme (HK$5.3 million across 38 nonprofits in 2025) and an Anti-Epidemic Support Fund that gave HK$2.1 million to 21 youth-service organisations. Since inception it has initiated and supported over 430 projects benefiting more than 230,000 young people.
